REFUND POLICY

At Sirius Medicine, your satisfaction matters. We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for physical products that are unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

To initiate a return, email us at officialsiriusmedicine@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-refundable items:

• Opened or used herbal products
• Digital products (eBooks) — all digital sales are final
• Wellness sessions once booked and confirmed

We are not responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
